The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Vatican City, Cyprus, USA, Canada, Mexico.

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping fees for orders totaling € 60.00 or more. For orders under that amount, a shipping fee of € 4.90 applies.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order for the following countries (EU 1): Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, France
We charge a flat shipping fee of €16.90 per order for the following countries (EU 2): Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Italy, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia
We charge a flat shipping fee of €26.90 per order for delivery to Switzerland.
We charge a flat shipping fee of €34.90 per order for delivery to the USA for orders up to 3 kg. For orders weighing 3–5 kg, we charge €49.90.

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
